The Valley

I drove across the
bridge today.
Back to where I
used to
be.
Not knowing
what I'm
searching for,
I needed to see for
myself.
I was surprised
by my longing.
It felt right.
I walked away
feeling like they
thought I would
be an asset.
Hmmmm.
I'm thinking.
Maybe it's time
to go back!
